The Intake

Eddie Borgo was in search of more than just a platform upgrade. The company needed a scalable solution that would reinforce its brand philosophy and leverage digital marketing efforts to acquire new customers. One Rockwell conducted a thorough creative, business and technical discovery to capture the brand’s current identity and vision for future growth.

The Task

To align the brand’s online presence with its position in the contemporary jewelry space, One Rockwell needed to recreate, transform and elevate the site. The challenge was to provide customers with a smooth and easy shopping experience, using editorial-quality imagery to maintain a strong sense of design integrity.

The Execution

Eddie Borgo’s data structure and vision for customer engagement dictated site architecture and user experience. A modular approach to the homepage, product listing and product detail pages allows for editorial content placement, inspirational references, intuitive shopping and on-brand design. A WordPress interface and social aggregator tool maximize the value of ongoing digital and social marketing efforts. Meanwhile, current workflows continued without interruption through integration with Stellae International.

The Results

The March 2015 launch introduced an intuitive, robust shopping and checkout experience that promotes brand awareness and product exploration—all while reinforcing the brand’s unique image.
